Valentino is a Grammy-nominated guitarist and composer, continuing to redefine musical genres and break melody barriers to audiences worldwide. Blending the eternal elements of blues and jazz music since his international debut album (The Distance Between Two Lines), he is consciously expanding on the confines of his instrument and the compositions and recordings that stems from it.

Pianist, Vocalist, Composer, Arranger & Producer
King has performed with four symphony orchestras in the US, appeared on The Today Show and Good Morning America, and played Holland’s renowned North Sea Jazz Festival, the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, the Montreal Jazz Festival, the Cape Town International Jazz Festival, and
Tokyo's Cotton Club. King has also appeared at Lincoln Center, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), and the Beacon Theater.

Bassist
Charlie Himel
Working out of the greater Washington D.C. area, Charlie is a freelance musician equally capable on electric and double bass. Comfortable with any genre, he's played in a great variety of groups from classical orchestras to cover bands to jazz groups. As an educator, he keeps a full schedule of private students and has served as a clinician at high schools and jazz camps in the area.

Pianist, Keyboardist, Composer, Producer & Engineer
In a music career spanning more than three decades, Paster has toured internationally, including appearances at Umbria Jazz Festival and as part of the prestigious US State Dept. / Jazz at Lincoln Center “American Music Abroad” program. Paster is a long-standing faculty member at the Stanford Jazz Workshop at Stanford University, and was a finalist in the Great American Jazz Piano competition.

Bassist
Gary Wang
Gary has appeared in many major venues in New York City, including Iridium, Sweet Basil, Jazz Standard, Birdland, Lincoln Center, and Town Hall, and major clubs in other cities, such as the Jazz Showcase in Chicago, The Kennedy Center and Blues Alley in Washington, D.C., and Yoshi’s in Oakland, among many others. In 2002, Gary was selected to participate in a U.S. State Department Jazz Ambassadors tour.

Drummer
Joe Strasser
Strasser came to New York City in 1990 to attend the famed jazz program at the New School. He's since played with a "who's who" of jazz, including: George Coleman, Harold Mabern, Etta Jones, Cecil Payne, Jane Monheit, Hillary Kole, Peter Bernstein and countless others. Joe also co-led the Hotpants, a funk band he founded with Roots/Jimmy Fallon saxophonist Ian Hendrickson-Smith.

Drummer
Hall has established himself as a passionate educator and joyful performer over the last 25 years. For 12 years, Hall spent much of his time touring worldwide and recording with Curtis Stigers. Hall has also performed with the likes of Betty Carter, Sir Roland Hanna, Michael Phillip Mossman, New York Voices, Janis Siegel, Terrell Stafford, Steve Wilson and many others. He continues to tour and record with his critically acclaimed NYC-based trio TRI-FI.

Jazz Pianist & Composer
Fries is a joyful voice on the piano, recording ten albums featuring many of his original compositions. Winner of the Great American Jazz Piano Competition, he has toured worldwide, appears on scores of recordings, and his work has been described as “the best jazz accompaniment I’ve seen in a cabaret in years” (The New York Times), and “the crispest rhythm section imaginable” (The London Times).

A great addition for memorable private engagements. Lending her special energy and style to high-profile events, Trouble leads several band combinations depending on event objectives and logistics. She has delighted many celebrities and luminaries from numerous fields including Jennifer Lopez, Quincy Jones, Carol Burnett, Bill Gates, and Ron Perelman.

Soyoung Park
Originally from South Korea, Park is a New York based vocalist, pianist and songwriter. She has a perfectly tuned, crystal clear voice and her compositions have interesting harmony progressions which are organically related to the melody of the lyrics.

Vocalist, Composer and Educator
Olivia Foschi
Weaves together the rich tapestries of her San Francisco roots and Italian upbringing with her profound passion for jazz, which ignited under the tutelage of Roy Zimmerman and further blossomed through her classical Nepali vocal studies with Aavaas in Kathmandu. Her academic journey in English Literature and formal music education across Italy and Leeds University fortified her artistic foundation, leading to a first-place victory at the Italian “Jazz Women in Blues” competition in 2009. Relocating to New York in 2010, Foschi’s exploration of jazz deepened, studying under Marc Mommaas, Fay Victor, and Jeremiah Abiah, and delving into the rhythmic complexities of Konnakol with Ganesh Kumar since 2014. With albums like Perennial Dreamer and Fleeting Windows to her credit, Foschi has cemented her place in the jazz world, eagerly anticipating the release of her third record in June 2024.
